If you are certain you have waited the time indicated below for your books to arrive, please follow these instructions to have us check on your order. PLEASE DO NOT SEND A REQUEST TO CHECK YOUR ORDER UNLESS YOU HAVE WAITED THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF TIME.
If you used a credit card to purchase your books on this website, by phone, or by fax, and have waited over four business days to receive an express mail order, over six business days to receive a priority mail order, or over ten business days to receive a first class mail order, please complete the following form (please allow one or two extra days during the holiday season). We will need for you to accurately supply all of the following information, so that we can check on your order and get back to you as quickly as possible.
IF YOU ORDERED BY MAIL USING A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER, please remember that orders with money orders are filled 2 days from the date we receive them, but orders with checks are filled 13 business days from the time the check is deposited to our bank - this is true regardless of how long it may have taken your check to clear your bank, because unfortunately, the amount of time a check takes to clear can vary, and we allow the maximum. If you have your check back from your bank, add 13 business days from the date of deposit on the back of the check, and that is when your order was mailed. The law allows us 30 days to fill orders, but we fill them as soon as we can be certain checks have cleared. If you still have not received your order after allowing for the amount of time described above for your order containing a check or money order to be filled, plus four business days for express mail orders, six business days for priority mail orders, or ten business days for first class mail orders (slightly longer during the holidays), then please complete the form below.
Credit card orders which are declined by the customer's credit card company, or checks which "bounce", we will attempt to process once more, two weeks after our initial attempt.
